This is a new process i've been exploring lately - i call them "push prints" because it involves a lot of pushing! ;-D I'm pushing a rubber material into various things to create an impression, then pushing that impression into archival inks and finally pushing that onto a small piece of bristol board paper... and then the fun continues. I've added paint, pencil, ink and textures to each one until it emerges as a finished piece. And because i believe that the art likes to take an active part in it's own creation, each piece whispered a little word or phrase to me and i added that to each one. little positive or curious ideas that matched the image.
